There's a new Stony Brook Reservation Resource Management Plan available online
here. It's not particularly relevant to the historical Stony brook, but it can't hurt to link to it here. There are maps in pdf format on the right side of the page that can be downloaded and viewed.

I've come across old postcards of Boy Scout outings in the Stony Brook area. Included was the mention of land donated for a reservation. Unfortunately their history seems to be lost...
